♡ Please start by filling out my booking request form. I will respond to your submission via email, and we will get an appointment set up from there.
♡ I require a non-refundable deposit to book an appointment, which I will request after we’ve selected a date for your appointment.
♡ I do not send out designs in advance. I will have your design ready for your appointment, and we will have time then to make any adjustments if needed.
♡ I am able to set up in person consultations if you’d prefer to discuss the tattoo in person prior to booking, though this is not always necessary.
-
♡ Deposits go towards the total cost of the tattoo, and are non-refundable.
♡ I can take deposits through Venmo and Cash App.
-
♡ If you need to reschedule, please reach out asap! Deposits are valid for one reschedule with a 48 hour notice. If you reschedule less than 48 hours before your appointment, a new deposit is required. I am flexible with rescheduling due to winter weather and road safety concerns.
♡ You will lose your deposit if:
You cancel your appointment
You no call no show (being 15+ minutes late without notice is considered no call/no show. Please reach out if you’re gong to be late!)
-
♡ Please bring a photo ID that has both your name and birthdate. This can be a drivers license, state ID, passport, school ID. You will need to bring your ID and fill out a consent form every appointment, even if I have tattooed you before.
♡ Be sure that you are clean, well rested, and have eaten well prior to your appointment. Avoid alcohol for 24hrs prior to your appointment. I will not be able to tattoo over a sunburn.

♡ Put simply, wear comfortable clothing that can easily sit out of the way of the area you’re wanting tattooed. I also recommend bringing layers in case you get hot or cold during the appointment. I do have pasties and surgical tape to tape clothing in place if needed.
♡ Here are some go to suggestions for areas that are harder to dress for…
Hip: Tie bikini bottoms that can be taped down and out of the way, or a pair of old comfy shorts that we can cut down the side and tape in place
Back: A flannel or zipper hoodie that you can wear backwards and undone so your back is exposed, and your front is covered
Sternum: Any shirt that can comfortably sit up out of the way, or a flannel you can unbutton on the bottom, while keeping the top buttoned and covered
Stomach: low waisted/loose pants paired with a comfortable top that can be moved out of the way

♡ I work at Sterling Tattoo Company in Davison, MI. I have a private room that can be closed off from the rest of the shop if you prefer privacy during the appointment.
♡ When you come in for your appointment, you will start by filling out a standard tattoo consent form, which will require your ID.
♡ After filling out paperwork we will go over the custom artwork I have drawn for your tattoo. If there are any changes you want made to the design, I will make them. Most adjustments to the design I can manage at your appointment. If there are major changes needed we may have to reschedule to allow me time to re-draw things. You will not lose your deposit in this situation.
♡ Once we are both happy with the design we will check out sizing and placement. I will typically have the design printed at the preferred size, or have a few options for you to start with. We can adjust the sizing from there if needed.
♡ After you pick a size that you are happy with, I will prep the skin and apply the stencil. I am always willing to move the stencil as many times as needed.
♡ Once the stencil is on, we will start the tattoo! If at any point you need to take a break, have a snack/drink of water, aren’t feeling well, or need to stop, just let me know. I will accommodate to make sure you are as comfortable as possible throughout the process.
♡ When the tattoo is finished, with your consent, I will take some pictures of the finished product. Then go over aftercare instructions, and get your tattoo wrapped. Lastly we will get you checked out.
♡ After you’ve left the shop, feel free to reach out with any questions, concerns, issues that may arise, or if you end up needing a touch up. I’m here to help!
♡ Tattooing is a collaborative process. We are working together to make your vision come to life, so please never be afraid to speak up.
♡ I am the artist, but this is your tattoo and your body.
